Solution


To improve the general performance of heavy PDF documents in your movie, you can maintain two versions of each document, one for high-quality printing, and another lower -resolution version for on screen viewing.

Display the lower resolution version of the document on screen, for faster navigation, scrolling and zooming. Then, to print the document, link the hi-res version of the PDF to another Impressario cast member that is not displayed on screen and print that member instead.
