 Pricing and licensing questions

1. How much does Reach Docs cost?

Answer: Reach Docs is a subscription-based service, where we host your PDF content and make it available to end-users via the Reach Docs. You pay a monthly fee for as long as you wish to use the service.

We have three subscription plans, based on the number of page views accessed by end-users. See the Pricing & Licensing page for Reach Docs. For the first three months you will be billed at the lowest subscription plan no matter how many page views are accessed. During this period you can monitor the viewing of your content so that you can choose the plan that's right for you. The Reach Docs Control Center allows you to monitor the total page views requested, as well as number of pages viewed per document.

2. What happens if my total page views exceed the maximum for my subscription plan?

Answer: If the total number of page views requested is greater than the maximum for the plan to which you are subscribed, you will be billed incremental overage fees for each additional 1000 page views. See the Pricing & Licensing page for details.
